Activities
We offer a variety of activities you can choose from.
You can join a Training Camp or book a one-to-one assessment, to prevent any injuries due to incorrect technique and also to improve your skills and performance.
- Training Camp:
At Westenwind Training Camp you can expect to work on everything, from gymnastics to weightlifting to strategizing workouts and much more. Our experienced coaching staff is there to ensure that all your questions are answered over the course of the weekend and to make sure that you are learning and growing as an athlete, and person.
- Assessment:
We offer a CrossFit Specific Assessment for both beginning and experienced CrossFit athletes. This includes an evaluation of all the basic CrossFit movements in relation to the mobility and stabilization requirements of those movements.
The Assessment identifies range of motion limitations, compromised movement patterns, and provides a scored injury risk profile. Whether you are a beginning CrossFitter that has trouble getting into a full body weight squat, an advanced CrossFitter that experiences problems under heavy loads or after high repetitions, or a CrossFit competitor that is looking for performance optimization – this assessment will transform your workouts.
- Seminar:
A seminar is ideally suited for any CrossFit athlete and/or trainer serious about learning and developing in the sport of CrossFit. During a seminar you enhance your understanding of the CrossFit methodology, program design, and implementation. They also advance their skills while coaching others.
