An assessment training is a very intense personal training where the coach will do a check-up to identify disbalances in the body and helps you to find connection between movement – muscles. The coach will guide you through different movement tests to improve your motion pattern and prevent you from injuries on the long run. At the end of this training, the coach will give you a personal trainings plan as you can continue to change your movement patterns.
An assessment is not only a useful way to improve your movements but also an prevention check for injuries. As you can be the best athlete you can be.
