Assessment

We are not all born as a winner, as we all have a weak spot somewhere. The key is to find this weak spot, identify it and correct it. It comes as easy as “veni vidi vici”.

Are you coping with an injury? Do you experience any pain while doing a movement? Do you feel like left doesn’t move as the right side? Then an assessment training is an absolute must for you!

An assessment training is a very intense personal training where the coach will do a check-up to identify disbalances in the body and helps you to find connection between movement – muscles. The coach will guide you through different movement tests to improve your motion pattern and prevent you from injuries on the long run. At the end of this training, the coach will give you a personal trainings plan as you can continue to change your movement patterns.

An assessment is not only a useful way to improve your movements but also an prevention check for injuries. As you can be the best athlete you can be.

The Assessment identifies range of motion limitations, compromised movement patterns, and provides a scored injury risk profile.  Whether you are a beginning CrossFitter that has trouble getting into a full body weight squat, an advanced CrossFitter that experiences problems under heavy loads or after high repetitions, or a CrossFit competitor that is looking for performance optimization – this assessment will transform your workouts.
