We offer specific training seminars, with a wide range of different range of subjects. The seminars are suitable for everyone! From small groups, to coaches, from box owners to athletes.

Seminars are on demand and can take place at your own box.
A seminar is ideally suited for any CrossFit athlete and/or trainer serious about learning and developing in the sport of CrossFit. During a seminar you enhance your understanding of the CrossFit methodology, program design, and implementation. They also advance their skills while coaching others.
