Training camps

At Westenwind Training Camp you can expect to work on everything, from gymnastics to weightlifting to strategizing workouts and much more. Our experienced coaching staff is there to ensure that all your questions are answered over the course of the weekend and to make sure that you are learning and growing as an athlete, and person.
We host several training camps during the year. Each training camp has its own target area. We offer prep camps as strength camps, for beginning athletes to competitors. Most camps will have a duration of 2 days and will be at the box of the owner: Westenwind. In this area there is also a possibility to include swimming and running.

Westenwind Training Camp is still all about movement, training, and mindset but viewed through the lens of building and using this to your advantage. If you’ve ever wanted the chance to meet, hang out and throw down with other hard-working athletes, this is the camp for you.

Westenwind Training Camp is the perfect opportunity for you to meet and work with the minds behind the programming. In addition to allowing the coach to interact with the community, Training Camps are also our opportunity to make sure that our intentions with how we expect athletes to approach the program are clear to all. Following a solid program can be a great way to progress as an athlete, but it’s important to know that you’re applying it the way it was intended.

We Focus on laying the Bricks for your Foundation of strength work. By implementing this model we focus on making you just Strong and not good in 1 exercise or Trick.

Fine-tuning of skills

Skills pay the bills. We make sure to focus on eliminating weak spots and limiters in your training, while giving you the opportunity to work on and fine tune all the skills you need.

Track your results

With your own personal app you can log all your results and look back on how far you have come and use the data to move forward. With the online chat mode on the app you can always ask your coach any question or search for guidance.
