*Westenwind Training Weekend for CrossFit Athletes - October 5th & 6th*
Get ready for an intense and fun weekend of training at the *Westenwind Training Weekend, designed for CrossFit athletes of all levels! Over two days, we’ll be hosting **6 sessions*, where athletes will be divided into groups based on skill level to ensure everyone gets the most out of their training.
We’ll be covering all the key elements you need for your development as an athlete:
- *Weightlifting*
- *Gymnastics*
- *Odd objects training*
- *Outdoor workout*
- *Workout strategies*
Throughout the weekend, you'll be *coached by experienced trainers*, focusing on improving your technique, strength, and overall performance. Whether you're aiming to refine your weightlifting form, master gymnastics skills, or learn new approaches to tackling tough workouts, this weekend has it all.
To top it all off, we’ll be enjoying a delicious *athlete brunch on Sunday, and every participant will receive a **unique Westenwind shirt* to commemorate the event!
