Westenwind Competitor
The Westenwind Competitor program is intended for athletes looking to COMPETE at a HIGHER LEVEL.
This program is if you are dedicated to the journey of competing at a high level in the sport of CrossFit. You will train 5-6 days per week and perform active recovery work on “off” days. This program consists of 9 training moments towards the best you possible. The structure of each session includes an intentional warm up, targeted strength progressions with strength accessory work, a metcon or monostructural conditioning such as rowing, running or swimming, and accessories. Occasionally, there is bonus/extra work out that would require an additional hour if you choose to complete it.
This Westenwind Competitor Program requires around 2 hours per session to complete, 6 days per week.The training will go over all the skills we will need you to develop to accelerate in the sport of CrossFit. We take a year long approach to build towards the quarter and semi finals. This is a significant commitment in your lifestyle and resources to truly see what your mind and body can achieve. I don’t have “X” skill yet. Can I do this program? In summary NO, to perform the advanced program. You need all CrossFit skills (RMU´s, HSW, Double Unders) and the ability to at-least Snatch your own bodyweight. If this isn’t you, then the EveryDay Program is the perfect choice.
