This program offers 2 full training days or you can divide the different exercises throughout the week additional to your program. It includes not only Strongman activities but also accessory building blocks. This program is designed to build strength which will help you grow in all CrossFit movements. It is focused on your frame, core, and stability but most importantly, to fix imbalances. Many athletes develop imbalances due to the nature of CrossFit. Especially shoulder or lower back are common weak spots and with improving these imbalances it will lead to less injuries. We offer a high variety of assistance work to repair these and improve in CrossFit.
This is a training program where you train to get bigger, stronger and more explosive all at the same time. With movements that are considerably better at developing functional strength, conditioning, and speed—while still building muscle mass.
This program includes many Strongman elements as sandbag, sled and rope pulls. Strongman is getting more popular and is gaining an important role, as we see it more and more in CrossFit competition. That is for a reason; these are activities that demand not only brute strength and power but also superior leverage, balance, core stability, a good grip, and even a set of iron glutes and legs.
This is a special building program based on the principles of StrongFit and Westside barbell.
